4. Shipping and Delivery

U.S.-Only Sales

Products are sold exclusively within the 50 United States. We do not ship internationally.

Free Shipping

Free shipping applies only to the continental United States. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii incur additional shipping charges, which will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery Timing

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to manufacturing schedules, carrier issues, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. You are responsible for inspecting products upon delivery and reporting any damage or issues promptly.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Products that are defective are covered by a ten (10) year limited warranty as described in Section 7 below.

If a customer chooses to return a product for reasons other than a defect, including dissatisfaction or personal preference, the product may be returned provided the customer pays all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Returned products must be received by us in reasonable condition, and we reserve the right to deny refunds for products that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or neglect.

7. Warranty

Products are covered by a ten (10) year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

Warranty coverage does not apply to normal wear and tear, improper use or handling, unauthorized modifications, damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents. Warranty claims must be submitted in accordance with our warranty procedures.

8. Promotions and Offers

Promotional offers, discounts, or special pricing may be subject to additional terms and conditions. Offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
